1. If you are premiering your film with us, please let us know so that we can promote it as such. Please note there is no production year barrier.

2. The film must be in its original language with English subtitles if it is not in English.

3. The film must be available for screening in a digital format.

4. Filmmakers must submit their films via their preferred online platform. We are present on all major ones.

5. The submission fee must be paid in full before the deadline.

6. The festival reserves the right to select which films will be screened and to make any necessary changes to the festival schedule.

7. Filmmakers will be notified of their film's selection status via email.

8. Selected filmmakers are responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses related to the festival.

9. The festival reserves the right to use clips and stills from the submitted films for promotional purposes.

10. The Festival committee’s decisions regarding the status of submission are final.

 11. Submitting a film to the festival implies that the filmmaker agrees to all the rules and conditions of the festival.
